Can't redeem points for a game a pre ordered months back but if people do now they get them..?

You can't get the collector's edition ANYWHERE in the UK now. Some b'tards have snuck in and taken what would have been our "guaranteed" pre-orders. 9 months ago I pre-ordered. NINE FREAKIN MONTHS and then I don't even get a warning that I will have to look
elsewhere. What SHOULD have happened is that people who have pre-ordered should have been guaranteed a copy from SOMEWHERE. Not turn it into a free-for-all.

Guys he can't cancel the order as the boxers will have been dispatched months ago. That's why they are doing these deals, so folk can't back out of a pre-order. Those saying the retailer won't swap it without a receipt - what? - it's an online pre-order
that hasn't been dispatched yet! Get back on to Zavvi they will swap the version being sent if you explain the situation. Don't take no for an answer...

I'm livid, pre ordered my xbox one day one release back in August, now with less than 1 month before release they do this to people!!!! what I want to know is what will happen to the stock that BB would have had? who will now get this and will anyone be
honoring BB customers pre orders? I feel lost, cant contact BB we have to bloody write in!! seriously no wonder they are shafted if in this day and age we have to write a letter to them!! what happened to email!!!!!

Its obviously a good thing for those who won ,and i actually feel happy for those people ..No hard feelings ,but i will bring up one point that was made in another thread about this ,,if people who pre ordered months ago are somehow not getting the one on
Nov.22nd because of a shortage and people who are getting the free one do get one ,now that could be a problem
