Can't redeem or buy anything

Discus and support Can't redeem or buy anything in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form...     Can't redeem or buy anything


    I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

    Please help asap

    You can't buy anything directly from the vault. You can only redeem gems for the items.

    If you've been working with the phone team with this issue, it's best to continue working with them for resolution. We're unable to assist with billing or account related issues like this over the forums. It's best to give it the full 72hrs to see if the
    issue is resolved. If not, you'll want to contact the phone team again. Let us know how it goes!

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes or purchasing any content/subscriptions

    After that try redeeming the code or purchase content on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    I still get this problem and it's been over 2 weeks.

    Can't buy points.

    Can't buy Games on Demand that don't use points.

    Points that I currently have can't even be redeemed to buy anything either.

    It's getting really difficult to enjoy this service ...
