    I bought a 25$ gift card today and I accidentaly scratched off 2 numbers. In about 5 minutes, I found my code with trial and error however when it said ok and then i press continue, it brought up the 25.00 microsoft balance thing and then right away it
    just said we're having problems. I didn't get my money and when I re-enter the code, it just says code not found which means I either lost it or I just have to wait until microsoft gives me my money. Please help I beg. I just want to buy VC for NBA 2K20.

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    I want to refund a minecraft bundle bought as a gift code in a not supported region.

    When my friend tries to activate the gift code, it says "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account."
