    Can't redeem on Xbox store


    I have 20,000 reward points. I want to redeem them on the Xbox store. I used to be able to redeem 7000 points for $5 on the Xbox store now I can only redeem them for gas cards food gift certificates or to donate money why can't I redeem them on the Xbox
    store.

    I bought a genuine CD from Jericho, can I change the steam activation code?

    You can redeem it on steam.

    You can't redeem a steam code on the xbox/microsoft store platform. You MUST buy it digitally on the microsoft store to use it on xbox live/windows live.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.
