can you replace my code because it cannot be redeemed.

can't redeem my gears of war 3 code

 

I can't redeem the codes of the bonus games: Gears of War 1 and 3 from my Gears of War 4.

I can't redeem the codes of the bonus games: Gears of War 1 and 3 from my Gears of War 4. I have redeemed Gears 2 and Judgment but can't redeem the other 2 games. Can someone help me with this?

 

What error message/error code do you see when you try redeeming the code?

 

If it's 8015017 then no new code will help

The issue is your account regionnnot.matching your actual region if you live in Germany Japan or china you cannor.redeem it

If you don't live in an xbox live region you cannot redeem it either

To.match your account region to your actual region

Go to my account and change my region under this website

Them change your region on your console and it has to be your actual region

i bought gears ultimate from US Store

so should i redeem it from USA?

 

Indonesia isn't an xbox live region

Therefore you cannot redeem the code

And no your account region must reflect your actual region

No new code will helpful do notarize in an xbox live region

And you kist.inbalidated your membrrdhip.you are only supposrf.to.use the tool.for.offical xbox live regions

 

The game itself is region locked if you don't live in an xbox live region or you change the region to where you don't love since both applies to you you cant redeem the code

As per the terms and conditions of the promotions you need to live in an xbox live region
