    Can't redeem my credits... Billing information issues.


    So, I have been an Xbox Live Rewards Member since 2011... And I realized (after the program got this recent "reboot"

    That I have 5000 Credits, which is a Nice amount to Redeem... But I can't because I needed to update my Billing Information.

    I went on and Updated My Billing Adresses for both México and U.S.A. (California) but this doesn't seem to be getting a Fix.

    Actually, you have to enter your billing information in there (credit card) in order to redeem the 30 day free trial. You can create a new account and do the same steps but include a billing information. It should let you redeem the 30 day free trial.

    Hi X1Sparks. Your Rewards location and your Xbox Live location do not match and this is causing the deposits to fail. Your Rewards location is MEX and your Xbox Live location is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll
    need to opt out of the program, wait for 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do that, please contact us again and we'll recover your pending credits.

    Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment method or add a new one.

    This issue obviously hasn't been cleared up as I too am having this issue. My billing and credit card information is all correct and I still can't get the system to authorize my payment information.

    No, I never added any credit card information, as I can't access Billing Contact Information, for example.

    Greetings, the issue is the credit card authorization is trying to verify the billing address. You should contact your credit card company and ask them for the billing address for the card, they will have this information. Enter that information as the
    billing address in your Xbox. It should go through then.
