i have problem with my codes. I have 3 of them, already spoke to Your support and Advocacy team, they told me to contact You via this forum.

I can't redeem my codes. They were walid till last day of FEB.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

What codes are you trying to redeem? Live subscription, downloadable content, etc.?

How long have you been having trouble trying to redeem the codes?

FYI, posting case numbers in the public forums isn't advised and the case number is relevant only to phone support team.

I gave you case number because i hoped that will save my describing this case for god knows how many times (via phone, few times via chat and on twitter). Some of your collegues on chat has told me that i can give this number, it will help you to solve this.
Sorry - im loosing my time every time im contacing your support (almost month!).

But let us comeback to the case:

It was codes that i can redeem on cash in MS Xbox.

How long? They were valid till last day of FEB, and i've been trying to redeem them on that day.

FYI: i was on holidays, so you had to wait for my answear.

Sorry if i'm a bit rude, bud believe me, this is not the way that i want to be treated when i'm contacting any support.

Dera MS support. You still didn't helped me.

As I assume You totally dont care about that. I lost few hours on contacting You via mobile, chat and forum and still got nothing.

Do You have any supervisor? I dont know what should i do. Maybe just throw out Xbox and try Sony?

It was a redemption code for a specific code, and I see that I have redeemed it on my microsoft account, but I can't redeem it on my xbox, I can't find it there either?

how do you redeem the code from my friend that live in different region.

You cant. Your friend will have to request a refund for the code and purchase a code for you that is meant for your region.
