    Can't redeem my code.


    It did not give me an error, I would sit down spamming the A button on the highlighted "Enter code" bar but the bar where I am suppose to enter the code would not show. Then when I went to the website to redeem the code it simply had a load error or would
    simply give me a page with a frown. I tried restarting the xbox, doing a hard restart, and tried refreshing the page but nothing would simply work, I am hoping for some kind of help. If not I will try another restart but can not guarantee success.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Microsoft offer not showing up in Xbox

    It was a redemption code for a specific code, and I see that I have redeemed it on my microsoft account, but I can't redeem it on my xbox, I can't find it there either?

    So the URL you gave is how I actually redeemed my game, but where I should I find it on my xbox then?

    how do you redeem the code from my friend that live in different region.
    You cant. Your friend will have to request a refund for the code and purchase a code for you that is meant for your region.
