I keep getting this error even though I am signed in. Any suggestions? I have signed out and signed back in several times now and it still gives me the same error message. I even changed my password.

i redeemed an xbox gift code on microsoft, i redeemed it sucessfully but it wouldn't download.

I have tried to fix the problem but made it worse as now i can't see it download and i can't find it on my PC anymore. I tried to redeem it again and it wont let me.

What is the game? Also was the code for the Xbox or PC version of the game. Asking because redeeming a code for the Xbox version of a game wont necessarily give you the PC version unless the game is a play anywhere title.

There is currently a service alert up about purchase & content usage, it's probably what is cuasing the issue with your codes. If you wait until the issue is fixed, then your codes should work. More info on the outage here

Well for one you cant redeem a discord code on a xbox its only a pc or mobile app

The problem actually is, i can't redeem the Discord Nitro because it gets a ''Unknown Gift Code'' error (it's the code i got from the xbox), (trying on pc).

It was a redemption code for a specific code, and I see that I have redeemed it on my microsoft account, but I can't redeem it on my xbox, I can't find it there either?
