Cant redeem my code for Battlefield V

I have the same issue as all of these other people. I want to be able to play battlefield v. those two ways you listed do not work unfortunately. the code for battlefield 1 revolution and 1943 work. and the 1 month ea access works. please fix this for
me as soon as possible. the main reason I bought the xbox one s bundle was to play battlefield v

Hi i have the same issue here !! Battlefield1 code and ea access code works just fine but the battlefield v code doesnt work... I have the same issue has everybody else... Tried to change the region to usa but still not working... I need help here ! Thanks

Give this a shot.

Go to account.xbox.com and make sure the Country in the bottom left corner matches the correct region.

After that use this URL: https://account.xbox.com/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=#####-#####-#####-#####-##### where you replace the '#####-#####-#####-#####-#####' part with your code

 

I've read in another Thread that there was the same problem with Shadow of the Tombraider one month ago. They told the threadopener that sometimes there is a problem to redeem codes and that he should try to redeem the code later and than the thread ended.
Maybe we need to wait until tomorrow. If the problem is still there we should try to reach the support tomorrow.

Hello all again , i've just spoke with the online chat support : seems that there is i minor activity update on the game . Seems that we need to wzit a couple of hours to see the problem solved ... Hopefully it will help you as well !

 

Same exact thing with me. Bought BFV bundle and other 2 codes worked. Tried everything and cannot redeem the actual battlefield v game. Tried EA website and other options too.
