Cant redeem my code for Battlefield V

Battlefield v code just returns me to previous screen

Hello

When I redeem my battlefield v beta code the xbox just returns me to the store screen with no error or message. I searched and found a battlefield v beta early access but it says I need to redeem a code. When I enter the code there it does the same as
above.

Same thing happens when I try on my xbox account site. I preordered from amazon and got the code. I also preordered from xbox store and still cant load anything. EA said that preload was today so what's up with this?

Hi, try changing the Language and Region settings on the Xbox to USA then try redeeming the code on the Xbox.

Are you in an Xbox live supported country ? It could be the game just isn't available in your region.

Hello, I'm not the thread-opener but i have the same issue when trying to redeem the Battlefield V-Code from my Xbox One X-Bundle i've received today. There is a detail that may helpful for resolving this issue: On the BF V-Codecard are two other codes:
One for Battlefield 1 Revolution + Battlefield 1943 and one for 1 month EA-Access. These both code have worked fine, i mean i've redeemed both without errors. Only the Battlefield V-code does not work.

The links you have send are not useful in my case. The message i've got when i try to redeem the code isn't listed in these documents.

Please read the thread-opening message again, especially the error message "Read the instructions enclosed with your code. You may need to redeem it on another website." or in german "Lesen Sie die Ihrem Code beiliegenden Anweisungen. Möglicherweise müssen
Sie ihn auf einer anderen Webseite einlösen."

 

Hi , i just did the same line you , and you are right , i can download the 2 other code without issue ... I already tried as well to redeem in by pc following the link adress Microsoft.redeem , same issue and even more , there is a message dhich says thzt
the code needs tto be use on xbox store .

 

I'm having the same problem. Bought an Xbox One X today which came with a Battlefield V download code - but when I try and redeem I get the "TokenNotSupported" error.

My Xbox location is set to UK and my Xbox Live account is a UK account. I've tried setting the Xbox location to USA but it didn't help.

I have the same issue. I bought the code on mmoga.de today. If i try to redeem the code on the consol i got the same message.

Habe heute den Code über mmoga.de erworben und bekomme die gleiche Meldung, wenn ich versuche den Code einzugeben. Auch auf der Webseite hier funktioniert er nicht. Ich habe vorhin mal gelesen das die Händler die Codes vorher aktivieren müssen und dies bis
zu 24 Stunden dauern kann. Das wäre eine Erklärung für mein Problem. Da du den Code aber aus einem Bundel hast, kann dies bei dir aber nicht der Fall sein. Habe aber in einem anderen Forenbeitrag gelesen das es dieses Problem wohl mal bei Shadow of the Tombraider
gab (Beitrag war von Oktober 2018). Da wurde auch geraten den Code später nochmal einzugeben, da es wohl eine Störung im Store bezüglich dem Spiel gab. Nach dem Tipp Vielleicht ist das hier auch der Fall. Am besten morgen nochmal versuchen und wenn das nicht
klappt, dann mal bei Microsoft anrufen.

I've exactly the same problem. On the card stand go to microsoft.com/redeem when I try it there it says go to your xbox. When I try it on my it box it says read the instructions of the card you need to enter it on a website.
