Discus and support cant redeem my 3months gold card ? not undersr=\tanding why in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; trying to redeem my card but wont going thru any way. not thru the web or the xbox .. but the card still says its active , want am I suppose to do ?...     cant renew gold

    cant renew my gold, bought a 3month card, code keeps erroring out, put in my card # number on known good card MS wont take it, tried my paypal wont work either, what gives MS?

    wont let me put in my redeem code for 3 months gold keeps comin up error and it keeps disconnection me from xbox live iv reset the router and all loads of times anyone no whats wrong ??

    i cant cancel my credit card off my xbox the card was lost so it was canceled i bought 3months xbox live then and it wont let me put in the redeem code its keeps comin up status code: 80153021

    it stopped disconnecting from the internet so thats good

    Atm i dont have a credit card to update my paypall account, so i bought the 3months XboxLive pre paid card, this is weird, i cant use the redeem code, it always gives me a error, it recognizes that its a prepaid card but when i click "OK" it gives me a error,
    and i can't remove my paypall acount :\
