Cant redeem my 12 months Xbox live gold code?

Hi!

So i bought a code 2 days ago and i still cannot redeem it. i get an error saying
"Sorry we have a problem with our servers! please try again later"
but when i check on every status page it should be fine with all the servers so could someone help me out here or does anyone else have this problem? Maybe the servers are just down but i dont know since it says its fine on the status page....

Are you trying to redeem it on the Console or on the Website?

Also can you check here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ if there´s a past due shown on any of your subs or payment options?

If you currently have Game Pass Ultimate and attempt to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live Gold code, it will convert to a 3 or 4 month Ultimate subscription. If you want to continue with just Gold for 12 months and not Ultimate, you would have to wait for the
Ultimate to expire before redeeming the regular Gold code.

If you don't currently have Ultimate, then you should have no problem redeeming the 12 months of Gold.

I just redeemed my Microsoft points on a 12 month subscription for Xbox gold, when I tried to redeem the code it told my that it will convert it into 4 months of Xbox game pass, I don't want game pass I want gold, do I have to wait for my game pass to

No. I have only 26 months of Xbox Live gold membership until 2022.04.20..

1 month in xbox one x jedi bundle, 12 months in annual membership, 12 months in redeem code, +1 bonus? month.. total 26 months..

Yes the auto renewal is off already. I have the Game pass ultimate until May 25. I already bought a new 12 month xbox live gold card but when I try to redeem the code it says my 12 month
gold will be automatically convert to a 4 months xbox game pass ultimate which I don't want. I want the 12 month of xbox live without the game pass. Do I really have to wait until my xbox game pass expired before I can redeem a new xbox live gold (without
the game pass ultimate)?
