    unidentified error code

    i've purchased 3200 xbox live points years ago, and never redeem them.

    i'm thinking about redeem them now, i can redeem the first 1600 points. but can't redeem the other 1600. there is a error code pop up ----Service-60004 7b351818-85b5-430e-8c46-89b1c5ecc7c8 2018/01/16 - 01:44:28 UTC

    Xbox trial 14 days not working

    I've had an ms account for 5 years. Last time I used it with my previous xbox 4 years ago.

    A couple of days ago I bought xbox one s and redeemed 14 days gold trial. Online system said it was activated, but no gold on my account. And the code is not redeemable anymore....Is that kind of a joke from MS?

    Microsoft points were discontinued over 2 years ago. So at this point the code may be expired.

    Microsoft points were discontinued over 2 years ago. So at this point the code may be expired.

    Reward Points expire roughly a year later, I lost 450 MS points a couple of months ago.

    Please don't revive such old posts.

    But as the others already said: Microsoft Points were discontinued six years ago, and there was a grace period to be able to redeem such point cards (I think until 2015 or so), which also ran out several years ago.

    If you can't provide the receipt as the support asked for or didn't redeem the code during the two year grace period, there is unfortunately nothing that can be done about it.
