Can't redeem GwG

If this is not the correct forum I apologize, I had a hard time telling which it should go in. I assume GwG is considered a special offer.

Anyways, I renewed my Gold subscription today, as I got my paycheck. I know that today is the last day for WWE 2K16 and Forza Horizon. I managed to get WWE without issue, but I am trying to redeem Forza through Xbox.com, and even though it still says "Free
with Gold Subscription" it tells me to pay $19.99. Did the promotion end early? I was under the impression it goes till midnight, especially since I was still able to get WWE. Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Games With Gold - Games not working on my new Xbox One X

Are you using the same account used to redeem GwG games?

 

Couple digital Xbox One games suddenly appeared in my ready to install library ?

There's no promotion or anything that I know of where you get those particular games by upgrading to Xbox One.

All of the games you listed were GWG at some point (up to 2 years ago). Did you redeem those Xbox One titles through the Microsoft desktop website while they were free? That would be a way to redeem Xbox One GWG titles if you only had an Xbox 360. Also,
Xbox One GWG titles are only accessible in your library while your Gold subscription is active (as opposed to Xbox 360 GWG, which remain playable regardless of your Gold status).

 

And of course, after I post this, I give it another try and it decides to work. You may close this question, I apologize for any trouble.

 

Two things you better check commerce.microsoft.com and make sure you weren't charged

So I'm guessing home gold? If so then you don't qualify for games with gold 360

You would need your own membership as the home gold doesn't affect 360 or website purchases
