cant redeem gears of war collection codes

You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.

I contacted support, too. They get back to me, as soon as there are any news regarding the Gears 1 code in Germany. I´m happy they are working on it and I´ll just wait.

I think you confused some things:

-Gears 1 unbanned + Gears 2 still banned:

-Gears 3 + Judgement rating:

Gears 1 Ultimate rating:

Original Gears 1 might miss a rating but Microsoft sent codes for 1, 3, J in Germany. They know 2 is banned so they didn't send a Gears 2 code but the others should work if they send them.

I just had a chat with the German support and they confirmed that other people have the same problem. They escalated it to the right people and they will get in contact with me later.
