    Can't redeem games with gold


    So i signed up for xbox live gold hoping to gain access to games with gold. However, when I go to my xbox one dashboard, all i get is an offer to sign up for gold where the xbox live tile should be. When I go to get them on the website, it asks me to sign
    up for gold. Anyone know why this is?

    By the way, I do have access to other gold features like online play.

    Can't redeem Games With Gold

    Hi!

    I have a 3 month pre paid card, but when I try to redeem a game of Games With Gold for Xbox One, they ask me for a credit card wich I don't have. What can I do?.

    Okay, quick update! I tried redeeming the code with a different account which doesn't have Live Gold and it works. I didn't click Redeem but it does work. This leads me to believe that I can't redeem a game I already have through Games With Gold.

    Hi there,

    When you say you signed up for gold, are you on a paid subscription, or a trail? If you're on a trial, are you on a month trial with your credit card on the account?

    To get the free games you have to have a current gold membership (which yours is currently showing as silver in the forums as of this post), or be on a live trial with a credit card.

    If that's not the case, please let us know so we can narrow down what could be happening.

    Okay, quick update! I tried redeeming the code with a different account which doesn't have Live Gold and it works. I didn't click Redeem but it does work. This leads me to believe that I can't redeem a game I already have through Games With Gold.

    I already mentioned in my original post that I have tried every possible browser and app to try and redeem it but it just doesn't work on the account which has an active Gold subscription.
