    cant redeem gamepass on series x purchased from eb games


    i purchased the eb games bundle with the gamepass and when i go to upgrade now for gamepass i get an error 0x80073cf0 "restart console or trying uninstalling the app"

    but it is the microsoft store so that cannot be uninstalled on xbox.

    how do i get my gamepass started 24month?

    Thanks for letting me know! I don't buy any digital games on the Xbox, only Gamepass so I cant tell :)

    I hope they fixed it soon...

    Gamepass games on PC and XBox Series X are still unable to launch.

    Redeemed account, I go to market place on Microsoft flight sim and purchase always says failed. EB games can’t help either. Not happy it should be pretty straight forward. Am completely lost at moment. As it’s impossible to speak to someone from Microsoft to resolve problem.

    I purchased a 3month ultimate gamepass from the store it says the subscription and store region are not the same , but they are ! Also the $1 ultimate month gamepass says the same can you help

    I purchased 2x 12months goldgame pass ers on cards in canada redeemed them no problems , then 3months ultimate gamepass in the store on series x , it says subscription and store region dont match . But they do ! Also the $1month ultimate you can buy in the store says the same in the pop up ?

    The all digital consoles (Series S & Xbox One All Digital Edition) are designed for users who have only digital games purchased from the Xbox Store or for playing GamePass titles.

    If you have a vast collection of Xbox games (OG, 360 & One) on disk then your best looking at the Series X instead of the Series S.
