    Can't redeem Game Pass


    I ordered a Series S with the Citizens payment plan. I picked it up at Target (idk how I got one, but I got one at midnight on launch). I was on the phone last night with Microsoft and ended up getting disconnected and nobody reached back out to me. We
    tried a few things -- signing out and back in, factory reset, etc. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Game Pass is included, (although I don't know how they would distinguish me having All Access or me not, considering I got my Xbox Series S from Target
    the day of launch), but the option in the Settings showing "Included with this Xbox" is not even there.

    I tried to redeem it on mobile but I can't find the place to redeem perks on the Xbox Game Pass application.

    That would be why you can't redeem it then...from the FAQs in the link I posted before:

    "If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"
