Cant redeem Game Pass included with the Device

Hello

I recently bought a Lenovo Laptop and set it up. Now I saw that I can claim 1 free month of Xbox Game Pass that came included with the Device, but every time I try to redeem the offer it says that I should try again and gives me
this error code:

SVC-ListOrders-Unreachable

x9cPa6BRxECf6ch+.205.8.10

What could be the problem? How can I fix it?

Is your PC imported?

Have you tried to add a payment method to your account first, and then redeem the deal?

Please, follow these steps:

Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

https://account.microsoft.com/

Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options.

You can add or edit payment options here.

Then, access the included with the device page:

Please, open the Microsoft Store > Library > Included with this device.

You should be able to claim it from there.

You should indeed be able to stack up to 36 months' worth of subscriptions, including Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass. On what devices have you tried redeeming the code - your Xbox One console, your PC, etc.?
