    Can't redeem game pass code


    Hello! When I'm trying to redeem a game pass code for PC it keep saying "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page." The code is from a Discord gift and it's doesn't show any instructions on it, just sends me to microsoft site to redeem it but...same problem...
    Can anyone help me ?

    My Aunt set up my xbox1S and redeemed a code on the wrong account.

    A code that is already redeemed can't be used again and it can't be passed from one account to another

    Hi,

    No you can't purchase subs with credits from your account. You can buy a code for Game Pass but you need a payment method like credit card or PayPal - depending on the country you live in to redeem the code.

    You can turn off recurring billing after you have redeemed the Game Pass code if you don't want that.
