Cant redeem Fallout 3 Code from my physical Copy

It registers that it is Fallout 3 but it doesnt add it to the account.

Ive tried it on my console and on the website with different browsers.

Ive also contacted live chat support and they told me to make a post here so that you could give me a game code of sorts.

I haven't received my Fallout 3 code yet.

I bought my physical copy of Fallout 4 more than 10 days ago from a local game shop and I still haven't received my code for Fallout 3...

Date of purchase: (Anywhere between 1-30)/12/15

Issue: I get error code 0x80153016 when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code.
