    Can't redeem fallout 3 code after purchasing fallout 4.


    I recently changed my region from the U.S. to Greece as a result of me actually moving, but then when I try to redeem my fallout 3 code on my xbox console or on the xbox website I just get an error code that stands for a region conflict of sorts. Help?

    Cant redeem Fallout 3 code

    I have received my fallout 3 code after purchasing Fallout 4, but cannot redeem it. I have tried redeeming it through xbox.com/redeemcode, but after confirming, it gives error code 0x80153016.

    Hey, Cunningapple360! Sorry to see any redemption issues. You will want to make sure that your account region reflects your physical location. Since it seems you just recently changed your account region, to do that again you will need to wait the full 3
    months. If you are physically located in Greece, then you will want to
    contact phone support     to look into a potential "split billing account" that you may have. This is a symptom of some region migrations, and we are unable to assist in depth with account issues. Thanks for understanding!

    Thank you for contacting me! My actual region at this moment is Bulgaria but for one reason or another I can't find it in the list that is presented to me, is there any way I can just give a mod or an admit my fully functional 25 digit code, and they just
    redeem it for me? This seems like a very stupid issue that can be resolved very easily.

    Hey Cunningapple360,

    The reason you may be running into issues redeeming that code is due to you being physically located in Bulgaria while your account is set to Greece. Unfortunately Bulgaria is also not an Xbox Live supported region, which may also cause issues redeeming
    that code.

    Since you mentioned you moved from US to Greece earlier in the thread, you should be able to redeem that code when you get back to Greece since Greece is an Xbox Live supported region and your account is set to it.
