Can't redeem fallout 3 code after buying fallout 4

I have bought fallout 4 recently and inside the game was a fallout 3 redeem key, however countless times i have tried to redeem the code only to be met with the same error par the time stamp

I got an email for the redeem code of Fallout 3 after buying Fallout 4, but the email just disappeared. I would like the code back, thanks.

That's usually the sign of a region issue. What region is your account set for and what region are you physically located?

 

My physical region is australia, and the account is also set on australia

Smwutches is on the money - that error code is one typically seen when an Xbox Live profile region does not match a user's current physical location. Please double check that your Xbox Live profile account region matches Australia. You can use this

region migration guide to help you out if you aren't 100% sure how to do that.

Give that a shot and then try your code again and let us know how it goes.
