Can’t redeem credits

I have just over 10000 rewards credits, nothing has been automatically converted to my wallet and the option for early redemption is not showing? How can I redeem these rewatds credits?

Was this a code from the Xbox Live Rewards program? If it was, can you identify what the code was supposed to be for? We see that your account had a claim for a War for the Planet of the Apes prize. Was this an attempt to redeem that prize?

to refund you your Gem balance.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between
the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Yeah the credits have beeen in there long enough to have been deposited both on the 15th and the 30th of last month but nothing happened either time.....

If they've been pending since before March 15, then you'll need to post in the support section of this forum so support can check into it for you.

If they've been pending since after March 15, they would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12.

Unfortunately you can’t un redeem a code, once it’s used it can’t be reversed.
