    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Folks I am having the same problems... I have a whole list of redeem codes that I bought a few months a go and was trying to redeem them.. I keep getting the same error... Xbos-0x8013AB1C and when I check the Lookup Errors, I get nothing... I did the same
    for all 11 Redeem cards and got the same error code with a whole lot of alphanumeric strings... Please Help!

    Well this forum is ridiculous, It's not even answered, I have been trying to put my code in for Destiny beta for 2 days now, I have been given 4 codes, 3 for my pre-order which aren't working and 1 from activision trying to help me and none work, Xbox people
    whoever you are please post something to help me activate my codes.

    Hey, Y0URxLASTxH0PE! This thread is kind of old, and as you pointed out not answered. If you could post a new thread detailing your issue as well as any error codes you're getting when you try to redeem it. That's how the forums here work best.

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.
