    Can't Redeem Code


    I have tired to redeem my code on my game and it says there is something wrong on Xbox end. So I went to the website and tried it, it gave me this error code 91c129df-0085-4968-b66b-3c3e92c57816 and then a had refreshed the page and tried again and didn't
    work so I tried to submit the code so you all could investigate it a nd they said the code didn't exist. So I really hope Xbox can fix this.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.
