Can't redeem code

Discus and support Can't redeem code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I bought a gift card that was activated and when I type in the code I get stuck loading.     Can't redeem code


    I bought a gift card that was activated and when I type in the code I get stuck loading. I've been waiting for atleast an hour now to no sucess

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't. Once a code has been redeemed then it can't be refunded.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.
