    Can't redeem code


    I can't redeem a code on this website I tried and all I got was a black screen and some info at the bottom that say's I might need to update my browser but when I click the link nothing happens any ideas?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Yes cheers Cloud I get that screen but when I click redeem code the screen just goes black!

    Anyways I used my phone and I was able to redeem it on the forums, the reason I used the forum to redeem it is because its COD Ghost for the xbox one and as far as I'm aware its the only way you can redeem it because when you put the code in on the xbox
    one it says its a code for a xbox 360 game!

    Glad its all sorted for you buddy!

    I have to say, I have redeemed codes on the Xbox One pretty fine and not had any problems yet, using both the Kinect and manual character typing. I wonder if its glitched or something :/

    Either way, I'm chuffed you got it to work dude Can't redeem code :)

    Its the combo code mate that is for the xbox one and 360 and for some reason that's the only way you can get it onto the xbox one and thanks to Inapllicable posting it in the bargain thread for £22 Can't redeem code :)

    I saw him post the deal and was quite shocked at the cost. Its a crazy good price. Weird how the code is for both consoles but only works on the 360. My guess is maybe the deal was there prior to the launch of the X1 so in effect the code would actually
    only work with the 360 (I think Ghosts came out before X1 was released) Just a guess there mate.

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.
