    The code works. If I'm wright it's the number 1 online store here to purchase Xboxlive gold and Xboxlive points.

    Now I'm even forbidden to redeem codes after I pressed the button.

    It keeps loading and then there happens nothing.

    Hi,

    Just purchased 12 months Xboxlive Gold subscription online. Received my code via email to then redeem. Tried redeeming on both the online method and also on the Xbox itself.

    Get the following error code when trying to redeem online

    XBOS-3013

    Could not redeem on Xbox itself. said try later problem their end. Tried several times and no joy.

    Please can you help as I've purchased this and can't use it.

    Can't Redeem code XboxLive gold

    Support rep told me about 12 hours ago that this is a known issue and their engineers are working on it. I have the same problem.

    Are you trying to enter the number code or using the QR scanner code?

    If you are located in another country then the code is intended for/purchased, then it might not work.

    If this code is bought from the same country as you reside in, then it should work fine.

    If you have problem with prepaid code, you should contact directly with Microsoft support. Use this link here:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    And then select "chat with Microsoft support" OR "request a call from support". They can check what's wrong with your prepaid code or system and can help you.

    im having this same problem ive talked to 6 different xbox reps and a advocacy team member all say my account is fine and is working properly just had xbox rep resent my info to the advocate since they stopped emailing me should here something back with

    Hi there,

    First thing to check is to run the Network test on your console, if that is returning issues then you need to sort those first, for example by restarting all network related devices like modem,router etc. and then run the network test on the console again.

    If the Network test results all is good then please try to redeem the code again, if that fails then see the next steps:

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    i think you can't redeem the code when there is still an active Gold subscription in your account.

    just wait until the Gold was expired and you can redeem it right away.

    Doritios and Mountain Dew 2XP codes aren't working

    these are the steps that fixed my XP

    1. log in to the the dewxp.com

    2. use the dewxp XBOXLIVE log in (left side of the webpage)

    3. after 2 or 3 tries. u should see your Halo avatar

    4. redeem codes

    5. then apply codes.

    6. then log into xboxlive on your 360
