    Can't redeem code says it already redeemed.


    I received Call of Duty Modern Warfare II as a gift from a friend via digital code. When attempting to redeem via Xbox and xbox.com, it doesn't go threw and says that the code has been redeemed already. This is not possible as I just received this today. My friend paid for this game via Amazon.com and it says to contact Xbox for troubleshooting. Please help so that I may play this content.

    So when I scanned the QR code, it worked then it says that this promo code can not be redeem with this account

    When i tried to redeem it, it worked for about a minute then it says this promo code can't be used on this account. And to be honest, I didnt redeem it and i tried again and it says this promo code has already been redeemed. I Really Need Help With This!!

    If the code shows as redeemed, then it be an issue with the retailer (in this case Amazon).

    When you redeemed it on xbox 1 what happened?

    If the code was accepted on xbox 1 it has already been redeemed and cannot be used again. To find that game on your xbox 360 you will need to visit the purchase history and you should be able to download it again on xbox 360
