Can't redeem code of Gears of War 1, and 3. "Please try again"

Hello everyone, well I have a problem at time to redeem a code of the Gears 1 and 3, (I could redeem the code of Gears 2 and judgment without problem), well in first place, if I try to redeem the code in my Xbox it says "You need to change your language
region......" And I have the region in USA, so I tried to redeem it in the web and I could with the Gears Judgment and gears 2... But when I try redeem the code of the Gears 3 and 1, when I press confirm to get the gears, the page says "Something went wrong
... Try again later, if the error still, please let us know putting the code below in Xbox.com/errorhelp.... I've searched the code in that page and there are nothing.... And I've tried redeem this code many times and always is the same mistake... Please help

Gears 1 Code not found

Hi, I've purchased Gears 4 and just received my free Codes of Gears 1, 3 and Judgement. (No Gears 2 since I live in Germany) but when I try to redeem Gears 1, it says the code is not found. I even tried to redeem the code right out of my Xbox messages, but
still not working.

Can someone please look into that?

i have played gears of war ultimate edition for hours and Microsoft gave me the all 4 games of gears of war in codes to redeem

i redeemed gears 2 and judgment but not gears 1 and gears 3

when i try to redeem them it says;
