    Cant Redeem Code in the XBox Store Nor on the Website


    I recently recieved a code for some loot crates in Elder Scrolls: Online. When I go to redeem the code in the store, the "next" button is greyed out so I'm unable to actually redeem it. Same thing for the website. Anyone else have this issue or know
    what to do about it?

    Sorry to hear it. How many digits are there in the code? Xbox Live codes must have 25 alpha numeric characters.
    Please do not post your code on the forums.

    Also, double check to see if the code should be entered either in game or on another website. Check the instructions that came with the code to be sure.

    Hi! As mentioned your code has to look like this if you're supposed to redeem it through the Xbox One store: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

    If it's a 'crown code' you received, just visit this site in order to find out how to redeem it ingame: Support | The Elder Scrolls Online

    Nevermind. I just realized the code is only 20 digits. I think it may be a code for a pc account.
