can't redeem code in gold box 12-month card

I've got an Xbox 360. I've just bought an Xbox live 12-month gold card and I tried to redeem the code as I do every year but this time there was an error : Xbos-0x80169CF9 7ab7f1ab-2a9a-479e-af11-42439ce7ede3. I don't know what is wrong since the code support
doesn't see this error code.(probably it's not an error code-I don't know !).I am from Greece and so is my place of residence and use of Xbox.Can you help me,please?Thank you in advance for your time.

Can't purchase loot boxes

Now I can't even redeem an xbox 12-month gold subscription card.

ok first you need to get the 12 month gold card out of the box then you need to redeem the code on your account from the xbox guide button on your controller then go to marketplace and under marketplace it says redeem code

Or, as the last poster has stated, you should be able to add the membership when your current one runs out.

Im from Mexico and I bought a 12 month gold card and I tried to redeem the code but it says was already so I send tweets to the support of xbox and they told me that I need to contact the store that I purchased the card. I went to blockbuster and they told
me that this is problem of xbox not from blockbuster. Please Help ME!

However, if you received a message saying that the code was used already then you should contact the store.
