    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    No did not have any problem but then again I bought my copy through EA Access so it was already redeemed.

    Just kidding, the bundle comes with 2 codes. You have to scratch off all of the silver part, I feel so dumb.

    @lionvan. You are not the only one. until I read your response response I did not realize there were two code as well. Thank you for responding. Xbox Support did not realize either.

    You can't because you gifted them and he redeemed them

    Redeemed codes aren't refundable.

    Only codes that aren't or can't be used

    This includes gift xards and no they aren't transferable

    The played rule only applies to games you bought and played

    But since its a gift the redeemed rule applies

    i redeemed a gift code and it wouldn't let me download it and i can't redeem it again

    i redeemed an xbox gift code on microsoft, i redeemed it sucessfully but it wouldn't download.

    I have tried to fix the problem but made it worse as now i can't see it download and i can't find it on my PC anymore. I tried to redeem it again and it wont let me.
    What is the game? Also was the code for the Xbox or PC version of the game. Asking because redeeming a code for the Xbox version of a game wont necessarily give you the PC version unless the game is a play anywhere title.

    Hi, if I'm not mistaken you'll need to uninstall the current games with gold version and then redeem the code. If you already have a game installed you can't usually then redeem a code for the game as the system sees you have the game installed already.
