    Can't redeem code for Fallout 3


    When I try to redeem my code for Fallout 3 this error message shows up:

    Falout 3 message with code disappeared

    Hi,

    I pre-order Fallout 4 and i got code for Fallout 3 in message. At that time Fallout 3 wasn't available for Xbox One so i can't redeem code.

    Now when Fallout 4 is arrived and i have new interface in Xbox One message with gift code for Fallout 3 is disappeared. I can't find it now in my messages.

    Sorry to hear about the code redemption issue! Just to clarify, do you have your account region set to the region you are physically located in? You can run into code redemption issues if your region is not set properly. Thanks!

    If you are receiving a message saying that your Fallout 3 code has already been redeemed, you can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.

    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!
