Cant redeem code for 4200 points.

So i am try to redeem code for 4200 points.

This is already third day when i get "Something went wrong" message.

I contacted support and they told me to wait advocacy answer, for like a week.

Is this normal situation?

This is official prepaid card from microsoft, code is not expired and activated as they say.

Support told me "We didnt know why you cant redeem".

Is it so hard for microsoft to activated code on my acc or give me working one?

Problem redeming code

Same problem to me. Trying to redeem 4200 points on my Xbox One. Won't work an the website too.

 

Where did you purchase the code from? If it was for a region outside of the one your gamertag is set to you will not be able to use it if you were to redeem it.

You can check commerce.microsoft.com to see if there are any billing issues with your account that could be preventing you from using the code.

Either way you will need to continue dealing with phone support as they are the only ones that could help with this issue.
