    bought multiple redeem codes and it keeps saying this redeem code and telling me try again later. i cant even go online or watch netflix.

    Check your billing account. If the address on it is wrong or you have any pending payment you won't be able to redeem any code.

    Also check your security proofs through login.live.com and keep them up to date.

    3rd support ticket and still no help

    At any rate the XBOS1005 error appeared when I tried to redeem my code on the XBOX SITE.....so whether the console was an xbox one or a 360 should not have mattered

    And this was the third code that has not worked..I have seen other persons reporting similar issues about the XBOS1005 error and to this point I have not seen any definitive answer on the issue...
