    Can't redeem code for 15$ xbox money


    Hello, im having problem redeeming my code on my console and on xbox.com, i type in the code correctly and my console recognizes it by saying

    "redeeming this code will put $15.00 in your microsoft account, then i press redeem now, then it says "sorry, we couldnt get authorization for this. use a different or new way to pay, or check that your billing adress is correct. if you have anymore questions,
    your financial institution is the one to ask." what does this mean??? i dont even have any billing info on my account... Could this be an effect of the xbox live service alert ===> Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage ???
    Is this happening to anyone else??? Please help

    redeem code not loading

    I can't redeem any codes! I work hard for my money. I purchased an Xbox One, bought a card for a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Membership, & $15 card. None of the codes work when typed in. I tried the error code into their error code search & nothing worked!

    I have €25 in XL Cards but can't redeem it..

    I just bought 2 XBOX Live Cards with €15 and €10 but I can't redeem the codes. I live in Sweden and we have SEK and EURO but apparently I cant seem to get the money into my account. It says I have to change my location in the settings under billing information.
    :/

    Why can't I just get my freaking money so I can spend them!?

    I'm having the same problem here,

    I redeemed a money code recently but I can't seem to be able to use it. This is my first time redeeming a xbox money card so don't really know if the issue's on my end or not. Any help would be appreciated.

    Ok what i found out now... u can't even log in into a Region "Austria". If you redeem a code via PC and íf you are from Austria, you will always put your Money into a wrong Region (Germany)..

    Right now, you can only do it wrong because you cant redeem your code on the xbox and your Money is gone...

    Watch out!
