    It won't let me redeem my code it's pissing me off, I've got game pass code and Xbox live code and it says there is a problem with my bill on a card and won't let me renew any thing

    No worries, once you were able to redeem the code you can also remove the payment method.

    Unfortunately, when you redeem a prepaid code, it attaches the subscription to a payment method on file. You'll have to contact support to have it removed.

    Hello Sebastien, in order to redeem the card for a subscription you must have a payment method in the account, be it a credit card or Paypal account.

    This will set auto-renewal on, but after redeeming the code you can turn off auto-renewal and remove your payment method.

    I tried to redeem my Game Pass Ultimate code, from a card I bought at Walmart, but it says code wasn't found.

    I bought a code and redeemed it and it said add a way to pay
    If the code is for a subscription, then it still requires you to have a payment method (credit/debit card or paypal) on file because it enables automatic renewal.

    Once you do that you can turn off automatic renewal then remove your payment method afterwards.

    You need a payment method added to your account to redeem the code.

    After you redeem, if you don't intend to renew it, you can turn off the auto-renew and remove your payment method.

    "Note that codes can’t be activated or used if your account has an outstanding balance or the payment option is no longer valid."
