Can't redeem code, already redeemed

Hello.

I tried to redeem a code for a game (Gears of War 4) but it gave me an error that it was already redeemed. And the shop were i bought it says the code was supposed to be valid. I just want to know, if possible, when was the code actualy redeemed.

if you can't request a new code through the link you will need to return the card to the shop where you bought it and request a refund or a new code/card from them

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with redeeming your pre-paid code.

I would recommend that you
Request a new digital code via the wizard, and see if that works for you, as we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the means to be able to verify the status of the code or see where it was redeemed.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

The code only work once, if you already redeem with your account you can't redeem again with other account.

Have you already redeemed a code?

If you've already redeemed your code, you can't redeem it again, in fact you don't need to. All you need to do is make sure you are signed in with the same account you redeemed the game on the Windows Store, search for the game and it will be available for
you do to install again.
