    Can't Redeem a Ultimate Perk, says "Contact who you got this code from. We can't redeem it."


    Game is PSO2, content is XBOX Game Pass Ultimate Game Bundle. code was redeemed the 5th of September, meaning, today, saw this in another thread, but the answer to that was "that content is region locked" but the thing is, this content says "Not available
    in South Korea, Japan, Belgium, Netherlands, UAE, etc" and my country is NOT in that list.

    Doesn't make sense to say that I don't have ultimate, since this game also has monthly perks for ultimate user, and I JUST claimed the September's patch without any issue, after this problem was happening
