    you can use that to search for help related to error codes that can be solved by users themselves

    80169D3A refers to either fraud or incomplete Information

    in any case

    - when an account gets suspended by missing payment, codes wont work as well until you have been able to pay the missing amount

    - xbox support can check your payments and subscription and best see how to help you

    That sounds unfortunate but Shark Card purchases from Amazon should just send a code to whatever email you made the purchase with. Amazon doesn't have the capability to redeem codes for you. Or did you click the code that carried you directly to the redeem
