cant redeem a code

Discus and support cant redeem a code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For multiple days i ve been trying to redeem a code but a message appears saying " Sorry, an unexpected error has occured.... what is happening?     For multiple days i ve been trying to redeem a code but a message appears saying " Sorry, an unexpected error has occured.... what is happening? Also microsoft never send me my $25 gift card. Very disappointed with microsoft and if been asking for several
    times to send me my gift card but no one answers. Please answer, otherwise i will have take legal advice.

    Cool, the discord nitro code was invalid when i tried to take it using my friend's xbox, and now i don't have nitro, and can't do anything about it. (PC user)

    Well for one you cant redeem a discord code on a xbox its only a pc or mobile app
