    Can't redeem a code


    My sister sent me two codes for Fallout 76 that she got from her Game Pass Ultimate Perks, one was the Survival Bundle, and it worked fine, but it won't let me redeem the second one, which is for 1 month of Fallout 1st.

    I've tried redeeming it on the website and on my Xbox One, but it just says this:

    Xbox: Check the instructions you got when you received this code. You might not be eligible to redeem it, or maybe you need to redeem it on another device or service.

    Can someone help me redeem it?

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.
