    I bought a card at Walmart for 75,000 VC for the NBA2K21 game. I was only given an activation code on my receipt. I have been back to Walmart twice to let them know I need a redemption code. I have also tried Microsoft trouble shooting and can't get anywhere. Is there some way to get these points redeemed?

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.
