    Hello guys, recently I won a Dark Souls 3 code from ling_lingx, a streamer. But when I try to redeem it, pops this message:

    And since he told me that he had this code for a while, it's probably impossible to get another code, so what can I do?

    Can't use the XBOX itself now, since it's jammed, had to get it to support. My account is from Brazil, and the code, I suppose, is from US. Is there something that I can do on browser, like the region thing from the consoles, or I screwed till I'm able to

    Once you redeem a code, it is linked to the gamertag that activated it. You can't redeem the same code on another gamertag.

    You can't change the code's region. You can only redeem codes that are meant for the region there are for. So if you are in the USA, then you can only redeem codes for the US region.
