Cant redeem a code

I got an email with a code which I cant redeem on website as it wont even load and does not work on any platform such as XB or UPlay?!?

 

I cant redeem my codes, it says that change my language region. If changed also cant redeem it

Tired to redeem it on the website and on the console.

On the console result was this: "Code is not valid. Enter a valid code"

 

Ok, where did you get the code from? There are a few reasons why you may have received that message.

1. You accidentally typed the code incorrectly - sometimes 8 can be mistaken for B and 0 for O.

2. The code was not activated at purchase.

3. The code has expired (rare but it happens)

 

so if i bought it at wallmart it should activate it right when they scan it right? cause it shows 25 on the reciet

 

Scanning the card does not necessarily mean that it was activated. Bring the receipt and code (if the code is not on the receipt) back to the store and ask them to activate it.
