Can't redeem 62 DOLLAR membership code!

XBOS-3014 There is a huge problem with redeeming codes Microsoft! At least give the people a full refund or something.

What is this error code? Why can't I redeem prepaid 12 month membership?

 

I Didn't Realize How Powerful Gold Membership Is Until Today

My Xbox Sunset Overdrive bundle came. I redeemed the code for Overdrive and nothing happened, not downloading, not in my game library.

So I called Xbox customer service. It was a nice girl and she said she would send me a token to buy any game I want since my code was not working.

I was super pumped and wanted to buy a deluxe edition of some good game with the code. Then... I received an email of one-month gold membership extension. I told her this was not a game token and was just $10 dollars worth at most , she replied:

 

I have this problem too.. Can't redeem 12 month LIVE and 1 month EA Access..
