    Can't redeem 360 GWG


    Hi there, been unable to redeem any of the Xbox 360 games with gold for several months. I can login just fine on the website, clicking on the download button works as well, the issue is after clicking on the confirm button. The loading icon is just spinning
    around indefinitely and nothing happens. Anyone got any idea on how to fix this? I tried on my 2 home computers and on ipad on different browsers, tried reloading the page but nothing seems to do the trick so far. I can redeem them on my Xbox One, but with
    my work I am not often at home. This month I could redeem Sonic Generations on Xbox One (but not on website) but couldn’t redeem the free dlc (Casino Pinball). I get the error message: this offer is not avalaible in your region. What? I live in France and
    that’s the first time I get this message.

    account website. This has been known to work for some people. As for the not available in your region, there are some games that are not available in certain regions. This is totally
    dependent on the developers.
